Roller easy 20min. This is after a long break of army boot camp and some seriously annoying flu.
9/20
Morning: Push-ups x 50, Chin-ups x 10.
Afternoon: Roller 30 min tempo.
Evening: "Modified" push-ups (reduced load) x 70, Chin-ups x 10.
Preparing myself for the up-coming challenge! :D
